14 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange once you receive your order and 14 days has passed.
For a return, your item must be unused, within return period and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging (hang tags, garment bag etc).
In order to return any item, you must fill out the return form. Once we review your request, we will email you with instructions to return your item. To avoid any delay please fill out all boxes.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected at our Distribution Center (typically within three business days after receipt), your refund will be processed within ten business days. Please note that once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account.
If you are returning an item, please pay for trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items we don’t receive.
For exchanges, please follow the above return policy, and then place a new replacement order online.
